Mr. Mann is an Attorney, CPA, CFP®, and limits his practice to financial matters such as estate planning, probate, real estate, and corporate matters. Mr. Mann is Vice Chairman of the Pasco Hernando State College Foundation Board, Past President of the Pasco County Bar Association, Past President of the Pioneer Florida Museum and Village, Past President of Dade City Kiwanis Club, and Past Treasurer of the Pasco County Cattlemen’s Association.

Mr. Mann is an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida in Law and Accounting classes.  Also, he has lectured extensively in China on the United States judicial system and the use of jury trials, United States IRS matters and consulted with Chinese law firms for Chinese companies doing business in the United States. Mr. Mann also represented the U. S. State Department at the U. S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand for the ASEAN Summit in 2019.
